Rings / Pull Up Bar / TRX / Suspension Trainers are very useful to have in a home training set up. This allows you to work on a variety of pull based exercises and provides a complete work out session. If you don’t have them, you could make do with dumbells.
Dumbells / Kettlebells are usefull for additional weights and could be used as an alternative to rings for pull exercises. If you don’t have them, consider getting a sack of rice or flour, or use 3L / 5L bottles filled with water. Water provides a weight ration of 1L=1KG. Filling it with sand gives you a weight ration of 1L=1.5KG.
