Another sweat session guys! We have 6 different exercises for you that guarantees to get your heart pumping! Have fun!:)
Training Program
Bodyweight Conditioning
The conditioning programs are great for getting a sweat on. Still a full body program, the goal here is endurance, so we use less weight but increase the explosiveness and try to get as many reps in.
This program is running 3 sets of: 40 seconds on 20 seconds off. with a 1 minute break in the middle.
In today’s program we do:
Warm-up
Rows with dumbbell or TRX if you have it.
High Plank Leg Raises to push up
Jump (3X) to squat
Sprints to push up
Mountain Climbers
Scissors legs or Flutter kicks
Stretch after
