Are you ready to take your calisthenics journey to new heights? L9 Prahran proudly presents our 4-Week Calisthenics Muscle Up Workshop, designed to help enthusiasts transition from pull-ups to mastering the challenging ring and bar muscle up. Whether you’re aiming to unlock your first muscle-up or refine your technique, our expert coaches are here to guide you every step of the way.
Join us for this transformative experience spread over four weeks, with each session lasting two engaging hours. Our program is meticulously crafted, focusing on preparation, strength building, skills, and specialised drills to enhance your muscle-up abilities. The workshop is all about doing! Expect intensive hands-on practice complemented by valuable theoretical insights.
You will be given homework to practice between the workshop sessions, and each session our instructors will help evaluate where you are at and give you drills and tips.
For those that can’t Muscle Up yet.
We are aiming to unlock the muscle up over the 4 weeks OR learn the key drills and skills that you can practice after the workshops are over. At the end of the 4 weeks you should either unlock or be closer towards unlocking your Muscle Up.
For those that can Muscle Up already
We are going to explore tidying up the muscle up, removing kips, slow variations and building towards stringing multiple muscle ups in a row. At the end of the 4 weeks your muscle up should be stronger in the Muscle Up and present a prettier, more consistent movement.
You will need to be able to do some pull up already to join this workshop.
You will need to be injury free and cleared by medical staff to undertake intense exercise.
You will need to turn up ready to work!
