In this 90 minute workshop we are going to learn fundamental bodyweight skills. We’re going to cover THE MOST important skills you need to improve and master in bodyweight and calisthenics. Our focus is to show you which exercises are the most important, the most effective in developing your body and the correct way to approach them.

This workshop is perfect for anyone starting their bodyweight, calisthenics or fitness journey and/or would like a Form Check.

Workshop Details

This is a hands on 90 minute session to learn the key techniques you can apply in your Calisthenics and Bodyweight Training. Learning and practicing good form and approach.

We are going to cover the Pull Up, Dip, Squat the Hollowbody, Extension & Stretch Fundamentals

Learn Good Habits
Learn the most efficient and effective way to get fit and improve in Bodyweight and Calisthenics

If you are a beginner, this workshop will help set you up for success!


Ages 18+

You will need to be injury free and cleared by medical staff to undertake intense exercise.

You will need to turn up ready to learn and do a light work out!
