The class schedules are published on the L9 app and classes must be booked.
The customer service team will analyse your membership after the 29th of March 2026 and apply the bonus credit if you have booked and attended 25 classes. Credit will only be applied if your membership payments are up to date. It may take up to 20 business days to apply this credit.
The Credit will only be applied if you do not cancel or pause your membership or fall behind on payments for your membership.
The Credit can only be used for membership fees. It cannot be used for gift passes, product or transferred for any other use apart for membership fees for the applicant.
The Credit may not be transferred to another person
The Credit may not be refunded or paid out in any way.
