HOW IT WORKS

1. Initial Consultation

You’ll start your journey with a consultation with a coach. We’ll then take some baseline body composition measurements (see below) & develop a strategy for you.

2. Body Composition Analysis

As part of your first consultation, we will conduct a body composition analysis to precisely measure your fat, muscle and skeletal composition. This composition analysis is conducted with an electronic tool designed to be within 97% accuracy when compared with the DEXA Scan.

3. L9 fitness classes

Add in the L9 fitness classes to start the transformation. Lets Get Strong, Flexible, Learn some skills & have fun doing it!
