We’ll conduct a precise analysis of your body composition and tailor your nutrition strategy accordingly.

Track your progress with detailed body composition analysis. Each week we’ll conduct a scan and fitness test, record your progress so you can see how your transformation is progressing.

Unlimited fitness classes

How it works

Getting Started

To start the program you will undergo a body composition analysis, an easy fitness test which encompasses strength and mobility and be provided a nutrition guide for the 8 weeks. If you are unsure what to do, simply turn up to any of the 8 week transformation catch ups (schedule below) and we will get you started.

Weekly Catch Ups

book in on mindbody (or this website) to attend any of the 8 week transformation project catchups. Here we will conduct a body composition analysis and if time is permitting, we will take a quick fitness assessment too. We can then go over your nutrition guide / strategy and make any changes as necessary based on the amount of exercise you are doing and the results you are seeing.
