The Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, people-focused coach to join our Melbourne team, primarily working out of the Nunawading studio, although you will receive work from our Prahran and Fitzroy studio too. Your role is to:

  • Teach fun, engaging bodyweight-based fitness classes.

  • Deliver real outcomes for members in strength, mobility, and confidence.

  • Be part of a supportive team and community culture.

  • Help manage and motivate a “flock” of dedicated members who look to you for guidance and encouragement.

You don’t need to already be an elite calisthenics athlete — what matters is that you love fitness, enjoy working with people, and are excited about bodyweight training. We’ll give you training in the L9 Method so you can deliver classes with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

  • High energy & motivating personality – someone members enjoy learning from.

  • Passion for real fitness – strength, mobility, flexibility.

  • Comfortable with basic bodyweight strength (pull ups, dips, squats).

  • Cert III in Fitness + current First Aid/CPR (minimum requirement to instruct group classes in Australia).

For Bonus Points

  • Experience with handstands (we’ll train you in coaching them).

  • Gymnastics background or certification.

  • Calisthenics or prior Movement Training
