WHY LEARN CALISTHENICS AT L9

Calisthenics is a great way for your child to develop strength, flexibility control and coordination.

Calisthenics is a lifelong fitness journey, we have members who are over 70 and still practicing calisthenics!

Our goal is to instill joy and passion in our children. It’s vital to start teaching them at an early age that fitness is about movement and feeling healthy.

We hope our children grow up to be confident in themselves, and to rise above the modern superficial definition of fitness. We hope to build a generation of people with healthy attitude to body image, and ultimately a life-long lifestyle choice.

Kids will:

Develop strength on the floor, bar & rings.

Stretch & Develop flexibility.

Learn tricks such as basic tumbling, rolling, handstands, headstands, poses and more.

As they progress, they will be introduced to staple calisthenics movements including, pull ups, dips, muscle ups, levers and more.
