TITAN CHALLENGES - Day #1
ANYONE CAN ENTER TITAN CHALLENGES
- Pull Up Challenge
- Pushup & Dips Challenge
- Mobility Challenges
- Handstand / Balance Challenges
- Choose which challenges you want to try
There are a total of 9 Challenges, each worth a maximum of 5 points. (Total of 45 Points), each with different grades of difficulty.
Scoring each Challenge:
Pass earns 1 Point
Bronze earns 2 Points
Silver earns 3 Points
Gold earns 4 Points
Monster earns 5 Points
Choose any challenge you want to try, do one or do all.
Highest scoring competitors will be invited to compete in Day #2 TITAN Race
TITAN RACE - Day #2
Top Competitors from TITAN CHALLENGES (Day #1) will be invited to compete in the TITAN RACE (Day #2 – 16th October 2022).
Reps and sets races will be laid out and competitors will take on a series of mad races to the finish line to win.
Prepare to do pullups, pushups, dips and whatever TITAN throws at you.
There will be two TITAN RACE winners,
(one male and one female)
