22/04/2020 - PUREMOTION Follow Along Live Stream - Fitness Class

In this Pure Motion class we’ve worked on compression exercises that will help us get closer to our L-sit and Handstand. If you’re not working towards those, that completely fine. You’ll still get a really good core and leg workout, not to mention a really good stretch for improving your flexibility. Enjoy! =)
