The complete bodyweight fitness class for strength & flexibility in a single 60 minute routine.

This is a limited time program which runs from the day after Mother's day to the end of the school holidays in July 2021. Classes are held:
Mondays: 1pm to 2pm
Tuesday: 1pm to 2pm
Wednesday: 12:45pm to 1:45pm
Thursday: 1pm to 2pm

(Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up for class)

Mums, Dads & Guardians

This balanced program is designed with the beginner and first timer in mind and can be as intense or challenging as you need it to be.

A coach will guide you through a strength and stretch class that's loads of fun.

This class is inclusive for anyone seeking to get fit, whether you have kids or not!

L9 Kids Program

While you're getting your dose of exercise, "bubs" (children aged 2+) will be with an experienced kids trainer in a safe and secure studio exploring a range of group activities.

With a big focus on gross motor skills and inter-personal skills, the session will include yoga, non-contact games, and dancing. Balanced out with some group reading, drawing and sharing time to ensure everybody feels right at home!
