Actively building mobility helps prolong your ability to train over the years. It means you can perform exercises with more confidence, safely and is the other key component to unlock fun and impressive movements.

get lean

An athletic & lean body means you are placing less stress on joints and increasing your strength to weight ratio. An optimally lean body is light without sacrificing strength. Lean bodies are less prone to injury, much more mobile, easy to maintain and unlocks the impressive movements.

Program Features

Beginner's Strength

Our instructors will guide you step by step with beginner friendly strength classes designed to learn correct technique & form. Strength is critical to develop as a beginner as it protects your body from injuries and is very important part of developing a well balanced body. Our priority is to help you develop strength safely and consistently while you learn the fundamentals of strength development.

Yoga Vinyasa & Fusion

Our experienced Yoga Instructors will take you through 1 hour yoga classes suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. As a beginner, start by familiarising yourself with the names of the yoga poses & work at your ability level. Yoga is an excellent way to develop flexibility, mobility and a basic functional level of strength which every human deserves.

PureMotion Fundamentals

This is a movement class which specialises in mobility, posture and activation. The 1 hour class aims to help you develop balance, co-ordination, strength, flexibility and skills at the same time. We highly recommend PureMotion Fundamentals to beginners as it helps to retrain the body to activate muscles correctly and develop good movement habits which prevent injury and develop strength.

L9 for Intermediate

Commence your bodyweight fitness journey with these low impact fitness classes designed to develop strength & mobility simultaneously.

Training Objectives

Program Features

All Levels Strength

Work alongside advanced and beginner members and develop strength with our bodyweight strength classes. You will train with others at your level & learn to motivate and support each other. Our instructors will help you refine your form and challenge you to get more out of your workouts. Each class is a full body routine which lasts for 60 minutes. Supplement this class with some self training.

Yoga Vinyasa & Fusion

Our experienced Yoga Instructors will provide you with progressions and options suitable for intermediate level members. Push yourself or use the class as an opportunity to unwind and supplement your training with some mindfulness and calm. Yoga is an excellent addition to your training program to help improve recovery & flexibility.

PureMotion Fundamentals

PureMotion Fundamentals is a movement and motion class designed for members of all levels. It continues to develop skills on a “use it or lose it” basis, such as flexibility & posture. This is also an excellent alternative to Yoga and teaches intermediate members the fundamental skills of inversions and handstands.

Continue to develop your strength with weighted movements (e.g. weighted pull ups and dips) and expand your strength to encompass a deeper range of movement. Explore more explosive movements & a wider range of bodyweight strength skills all under the watchful eye of our strength trainers. Challenge yourself with other capable members & hold each other accountable to growth & development.

Yoga Vinyasa & Fusion

Bring your advanced strength and mobility into practice with Yoga, exploring the most advanced poses and transitions. Our Yoga instructors are more than happy to build in movements which challenge even the most capable of Yogis

PureMotion Fundamentals

Drill the fundamental movements at PureMotion Fundamentals. Use this class to further develop your mobility, skills and posture to extend handstand holds & more. Advanced members use this opportunity to open hips, shoulders and develop compression skills on a “use it or lose it” basis.

Specialised Classes

Calisthenics

The L9 Calisthenics class aims to develops strength through skill development and is aimed at intermediate and advanced members who have sufficient body control and strength to attempt. This class is often used as a substitute for strength training as you will develop strength simultaneously. Key skills we work toward developing include the Muscle Up, Hand Stand Push Up, Levers, Human Flag, Planche and more.

PureMotion Flow & Inversions

This class is designed for those seeking to get their first free-standing handstand or further develop their inversion skills. Our trainers will teach the fundamentals of handstands while developing the co-ordination and confidence to remain being “upside-down”. This class prioritises drilling and practice being inverted and ideally should be attempted once familiar with PureMotion Fundamentals.
