L9 Program

Our most effective & efficient Fitness program for developing a well rounded functional body that’s strong, flexible & durable. The L9 Program is a repeating 12 week cycle, perfect for members of all levels looking to build well rounded fitness.

Stretch

60 Minutes of Stretching & Mobility work. In this class we systematically develop full body flexibility in a phasic approach over a 4 month cycle. Take your stretch to the next level & unlock splits, back bends & more. 

Strength

Take your strength to the next level in our focused 60 minute strength (and mobility) session. We’ll target Pull, Push and Leg strength utilising every trick in the book to help you get stronger and build that capacity.

Calisthenics

Learn, Practice & Train Calisthenics Skills in this skill focused session. Develop & Practice Handstands, Levers, Muscle Ups, Flags & More. This class is beginner friendly,  lots of fun. Members will work at their individual levels. It’s recommended that you can do push ups already and be close to a pull up. (If not, you are still welcome to attend but we highly recommend spending time at L9 Program & Strength)

Not suitable for anyone with injuries, heart conditions, osteo or any condition that might be worsened by a fall.

Advanced Handstands

60 minutes of handstands is quite intensive, so come prepared to work. For your safety, you’ll need to have very durable wrists and shoulders. It is recommended that you are at  least close to a handstand, comfortable climbing the wall and able to bail / fall safely. (If not, go to the Calisthenics Class & learn basic handstand skills there!) 

Not suitable for anyone with injuries, heart conditions, osteo or any condition that might be worsened by a fall.

Advanced Calisthenics

This is a much more intense version of our Calisthenics Session. Come prepared to work as our Coaches put you through a really solid cali & skills focused training session including muscleups, levers, planches and more. It’s recommended that you have some pullups and dips (ideally in sets) as this class can get heavy!
