This is an intense class and assumes the practitioner has some experience in Calisthenics training and is already fit and ready to drill. This 60 minute session will be demanding. 

Beginners should start their journey with the following classes:

The L9 Program – our Flagship 12 week fitness program
Strength Group Class
Stretch Group Class
 Calisthenics Class
 

Why Advanced Calisthenics Class?

This is a fairly intense workout session designed for a big workout. We don’t program many of these sessions, and its not available at every L9 facility. It’s designed for members who really feel the need to push hard in a calisthenics training session. Turn up prepared to work!

Not So Beginner Friendly

This isn’t a beginner friendly class. If you are intending to attend this class, you should already have sets of Pull-ups & Dips with good form and be free of injury.

GROUP CLASSES

Bodyweight Fitness Classes

Everything starts with developing fitness at L9. So we’ve put together an effective bodyweight program anyone can do.

L9 Fitness (formally L9 Program) is the foundation of our training system, developing strength, mobility, and flexibility for everyone in just 60 minutes. Running year-round in 12-week cycles, it’s the core of L9 and our no.1 fitness class. Beginner Friendly.

This is the best class to choose as your first class at L9.

L9 Skills is all about learning calisthenics and handstands, developing strength, coordination, and body control. Designed for all levels, it works in tandem with the L9 Program. Over the year, we systematically break down our training into 2 week mini-programs to develop the handstand, muscle ups, levers, flags and more.

This is a beginner friendly class, but it is recommended that you make your first class the Fitness one.

L9 Stretch is our flexibility and mobility class designed to enhance recovery and help you move freely. Running year-round, it’s the perfect complement to all L9 training, keeping you resilient and durable. Beginner Friendly.

L9 Squad brings members together to refine advanced skills and techniques in a supportive group environment. It builds on the L9 Fitness Class and L9 Skills Class. This invite only 2 hour training session is a very fun session, dedicated on progression for those who qualify. (Qualification rules in the L9 App)
